banana peach bread

Things that scream summer:

Yield: 2 loaves

ingredients
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon all-spice
1½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
2 large egg whites
1 cup mashed bananas (about 2 bananas)
1 cup diced peaches
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

preparation
1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

2. Line two 9-inch loaf pans with parchment paper.

3. In a large bowl, combine the vegetable oil, eggs, egg whites, mashed bananas, peaches, and vanilla extract.


4. Stir well to combine.


5. Add in the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger, all-spice, and brown sugar.


6. Stir well to combine.


7. Pour the mixture evenly into the prepared loaf pans.



8. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
